An unsigned and undated request is not a complete submission and will add additional processing time.<\/li>\n<li>Be sure each file is properly attached within the budget adjustment upload tool before submitting.<\/li>\n<li>Place your <strong>name and student ID number\/GUID#<\/strong> on the <strong>first page of each uploaded document<\/strong>. Your GUID is the nine (9) digit number that starts with an &#8220;8&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>DO NOT<\/u><\/strong> submit audio or picture scans.
