(JD degree must be preferred or required.) Some examples of eligible employment include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asylum Aid<\/li>\n<li>The Children&#8217;s Law Center<\/li>\n<li>Catholic Legal Immigration Network Inc.<\/li>\n<li>Legal Aid<\/li>\n<li>Public Defender Offices<\/li>\n<li>Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless<\/li>\n<li>Rocky Mountain Legal Defense Fund<\/li>\n<li>ACLU<\/li>\n<li>District Attorney<\/li>\n<li>County Prosecutor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Judicial clerkships are <em>NOT<\/em> considered to be eligible employment for LRAP since they are not necessarily part of a public service track. Law Fellows who are enrolled as students are also <em>NOT<\/em> eligible for LRAP since their student loans are not in an eligible repayment status.
