Deciding where to start your legal practice is a very important decision. Different geographic areas offer different options in terms of practice areas and settings. The links below will help you to begin exploring the top nine geographic areas that Georgetown Law graduates have selected in recent years. Each page provides a brief description of the geographic location, information regarding current "hot" practice areas, suggested resources, and the area's largest law firms. While these are some of the most regularly selected geographic locations for Georgetown Law graduates, there are many other geographic locations that offer excellent opportunities for new and seasoned attorneys.
