\nThe book explores some of the most relevant issues in investor-State disputes, such as force majeure, national security interests, the fair and equitable treatment of investors, climate change challenges, and the impact of disruptive events such as the Covid-19 pandemic. The event included a panel discussion between Prof. Levashova, Dr. Lorfing, Ms. Hadia Hakim, Prof. \u00c1lvaro Galindo, and Prof. Nicol\u00e1s Peronne. CAROLA\u2019s Director, Prof. \u00c1lvaro Santos, moderated the panel discussion.
