He earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University, J.D. from BYU Law, and PhD in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. Rebeiro\u2019s\u00a0research\u00a0ranges from U.S. constitutional history to comparative constitutional inquiries.\u00a0He\u00a0researches\u00a0the philosophy of law, as well as the influence of political thought on constitutional jurisprudence.\u00a0His current focus is on anti-slavery constitutional thought in the late antebellum period. He has published, and has articles forthcoming, in top journals, such as the Notre Dame Law Review, Brigham Young Law Review, Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy, and others. His book manuscript, Frederick Douglass and Constitutional Abolitionism (under contract with Harvard University Press), investigates the constitutional thought of Frederick Douglass and its influence in the antebellum period and Reconstruction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bradley Rebeiro is an Associate Professor of Law at BYU Law School.
