Workshops bring together a diverse group of scholars, practitioners, and other experts for open forum discussions and aim provide the authors with invaluable feedback. Conversations help authors refine their research, strengthen their arguments, and shape the overall direction of their work before publication.<\/p>\n<h2>Book Workshop Programming<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-center para-style-body\"><em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The Constitution of 1789: <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">A New Introduction<\/span><\/em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> by Professor Ilan Wurman<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>On Friday, September 19th, the Georgetown Center for the Constitution launched its first ever book workshop. Leading scholars convened to discuss Professor Ilan Wurman&#8217;s work in progress.
