His work has appeared in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and the George Mason Law Review, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Professor Quigley studied political science and philosophy at Grove City College and received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. He clerked for Judge Andrew Oldham on the Fifth Circuit, for Judge Neomi Rao on the D.C. Circuit, and for Justice Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court.
