He received his JD from the Yale Law School, his DPhil in Philosophy from the University of Oxford, and his AB from Princeton University.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">His current manuscripts focus on understanding the nature of legal and moral wrongs, on untangling the debate between legal positivism and natural law, and on developing a theory of Constitution-making. His scholarship on international law has appeared in <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Georgetown Law Journal<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and his doctoral dissertation developed a theory of normativity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Before Harvard, Kevin practiced law at Jenner &amp; Block in Washington DC, focusing on litigation, national security, and international sanctions matters. He has advised and crafted strategy for universities, technology companies, Native American tribes, humanitarian organizations, non-profits, and individuals, as well as contributed to briefing before the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple appellate courts.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kevin Zhang is Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School.
