His scholarship has appeared or is forthcoming in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">George Mason Law Review,<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Baylor Law Review<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Marquette Law Review<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, G<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">eorgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vanderbilt Law Review En Banc, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">among others. Prior to law school, Elias received a MPhil in Political Thought and Intellectual History from the University of Cambridge as a Charles E.
