Each selected paper is paired with a senior scholar in the author&#8217;s field, who prepares dedicated commentary on the paper; an open discussion with the full group follows. Authors of selected papers will have their travel to England covered. Selected papers will also be considered for publication in <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jurisprudence<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the peer-reviewed journal of legal and political thought.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We welcome submissions in constitutional theory, legal philosophy, and related fields from scholars at any career stage. We particularly welcome papers concerning artificial intelligence: AI and human consciousness; and AI, expression, and conscience. Papers outside these themes remain fully eligible. <\/span><b>Special consideration will be given to papers submitted by junior scholars, but papers submitted by any scholars of any seniority will be eligible this year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Papers will be selected through a process of blind review.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Paper Guidelines<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Project stage:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> We welcome unpublished drafts developed enough to benefit from focused commentary, but early enough that you can still incorporate what you hear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Draft flexibility:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The version you submit by the initial deadline need not be final.
