Hosted by the Georgetown University Law Center, The Institute for Technology Law and Policy at Georgetown Law and Berkeley Center for Law & Technology.

Two leading universities in intellectual property law –Georgetown University Law Center and Berkeley Center for Law &Technology –have joined together to host a unique conference on patent law and policy. Previous attendees have requested additional topics to be covered and so this year's conference has been expanded to two days. We will be covering Case Management, IPR Review, Case Law Year in Review and Patent Damages.
