Benjamin F. Holt is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Hogan Lovells US LLP. Professor Holt concentrates his practice on antitrust litigation, investigations, and counseling. He represents clients in antitrust lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in matters before the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and various State Attorneys General. He also routinely counsels clients on antitrust and competition issues arising from business arrangements and disputes as well as general compliance with federal and state antitrust laws.
Professor Holt has experience with a wide range of antitrust and competition issues, and his practice frequently involves coordination of complex, multijurisdictional investigations and litigation. Professor Holt also publishes and speaks regularly on topics related to antitrust practice. He is the co-author of Antitrust Compliance, published by Bloomberg BNA as part of the Corporate Practice Series and a contributing editor for Global Competition Review’s “Private Litigation Know-how” website.
