Brandt Pasco is General Counsel of Saudi Arabian Military Industries. At Georgetown Law, Professor Pasco teaches National Security Regulation.
Previously, Professor Pasco served in a variety of policy and legal positions at the National Security Council, In-Q-Tel, the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and as an attorney in private practice. Professor Pasco served on the Presidential Transition Team for both President George W. Bush and Donald J. Trump. In addition to time in the executive branch, Professor Pasco held positions in the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, Republican National Committee, and Dole for President.
Professor Pasco has a J.D. from Georgetown Law. In addition, he holds a M.A. from the University of Chicago, a Graduate Certificate from the Johns-Hopkins University/Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, and a B.A. from the University of Kansas.
