Professor Brisker is an attorney with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Office of Enforcement, Division of Investigations, where she investigates possible violations of the statutes, regulations, rules, orders, and tariffs administered by the Commission. Before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Professor Brisker was an associate in the energy practice groups of the law firms Sidley Austin LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP and also served as a staff attorney with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Administrative Law Judges. While at Georgetown, she was selected to be a Law Fellow and a Senior Writing Fellow and taught a course in Foundations of American Law and Legal Education to LL.M. students. She joined the Georgetown Law adjunct faculty in 2015.
