Chantale Fiebig is a partner in the Litigation Department of Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher LLP, where her practice focuses on commercial litigation and class action defense. She has represented a wide range of global companies in high-stakes litigation in state and federal court, including financial and professional services firms, technology and engineering companies, and government contractors. She has also litigated many high-profile consumer class actions, and has particular expertise litigating class actions involving the sale or manufacture of heavily-regulated products.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Professor Fiebig served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Appellate Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Michigan, and practiced with a global law firm in New York. She received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Stanford Law Review, and received her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar. She clerked for the Hon. Rosemary Barkett on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and formerly served as Chair of the Litigation Committee for the Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
