Justin Connor is Director of Chief Legal Officer Services at the Association of Corporate Counsel, where he is responsible for creating legal education for more than 7,000 general counsel and chief legal officer members of the Association. Justin creates executive education programs, publications, and opportunities for networking, research and benchmarking among general counsel. Before joining the ACC, Justin was U.S. corporate counsel at Giesecke & Devrient, a German technology security company and before that was at Spacenet, a satellite communications provider. From 2005-2010, Justin practiced law in Dubai where he was general counsel for a telecommunications investment company. Justin practiced telecommunications law at Al Tamimi & Company, an independent law firm in the Middle East, after serving as a U.S. Fulbright fellow teaching law in Beirut, Lebanon in 2004. Before moving overseas, Justin practiced telecommunications law at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission for six years. Justin also previously worked as an associate at the law firm Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe.
