Conrad W. Bolston, Esq. is the Senior Counsel for Environmental Justice and Equity at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. In this role, he leads the Environmental Justice and Equity Group in the Office of General Counsel, which helps align the Commission’s activities with environmental justice and equity principles. Before joining the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in 2023, Mr. Bolston was a Counsel in the Environmental and Natural Resources Group in the Washington, D.C. office of Vinson & Elkins LLP. His practice centered on environmental litigation and enforcement, white-collar defense, environmental justice concerns, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Vinson & Elkins, Mr. Bolston was an environmental litigator and white-collar defense practitioner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
