Dori Bernstein served for many years as an appellate litigator in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Professor Bernstein previously worked as a law clerk to then-Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, as a staff attorney in the Office of the Chief Staff Counsel for the D.C. Circuit, and as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. She is a graduate of New York University Law School and earned an LLM in Appellate Advocacy as a fellow in the Appellate Litigation Clinic at Georgetown Law.
