Professor McGraw is an Assistant Attorney General in the Equity Section of the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. Her practice focuses on class actions and other complex civil litigation in federal court, and she has received the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award for the trial of affirmative litigation. She previously worked at Lewis Baach PLLC, representing foreign and domestic clients in commercial litigation, complex transnational disputes, and financial fraud and asset tracing matters. She served as a law clerk to Judge Lynn Leibovitz of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and she is a Hearing Committee Attorney Member for the D.C. Board on Professional Responsibility and a member of the William B. Bryant American Inn of Court.
