Lola Kingo serves as Senior Nominations Counsel in the Office of Legal Policy at the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to joining the Office of Legal Policy, from 2013 to 2015, she served as a supervising attorney and teaching fellow at Georgetown University Law Center’s Appellate Litigation Clinic. From 2007 to 2013, she worked in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where she was a member of the Supreme Court & Appellate and White Collar Defense & Investigations practice groups. Professor Kingo began her legal career serving as a law clerk to Judge Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals from 2005 to 2007, after graduating from Harvard Law School.
