Korica Simon is an associate at the Center on Privacy and Technology at Georgetown Law, where she researches and writes on privacy and surveillance issues affecting marginalized communities. Professor Simon received a B.A. in political science from Auburn University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. At Cornell, she served as an Acquisitions Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and she co-authored a law journal article on the legal impact of FOSTA. Prior to joining Georgetown, she worked in upstate NY as an assistant public defender.
