Georgetown Law Open on Time
The Law Center will open on time Monday, March 2, 2015, but liberal leave is in effect. All designated emergency employees must report to work on time. All other employees may take unscheduled leave, but should contact their supervisor to discuss the needs of their unit and individual circumstances.

B.A., Franklin and Marshall College; J.D.,Villanova University School of Law. After ten years as an Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel, with the Division of Enforcement, United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Professor Lieberman has returned to private practice rejoining Blank Rome LLP as a Partner in the Washington, D.C. office. At the SEC, he was a member of the Trial Unit responsible for nationwide federal securities fraud litigation. Previously, he was a federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where he was Chief of the White Collar Crime and Public Corruption Unit. In private practice, he specializes in civil corporate litigation, the representation of public companies and private equity funds in S.E.C. enforcement matters, and white collar criminal defense. He was an editor of the Villanova Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif.
