B.S., Fordham; J.D. Georgetown. Professor Lynch has practiced intellectual property law, including patent procurement, patent licensing and patent and trademark litigation, for more than fifty years. He has been in private practice since 1970 and was founding partner of the New York City law firm of Felfe & Lynch which represented a broad spectrum of clients in all aspects of intellectual property law. Felfe & Lynch merged with Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 1998. Professor Lynch retired as a partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group of the Fulbright firm in 2002. He has been an adjunct professor of law at Georgetown since 1997. His courses cover patent procurement, enforcement and licensing. Professor Lynch is also an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law and Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida.
