Professor Mulhauser is part of the Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Previously an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, Professor Mulhauser has worked on state, federal, and international litigation, including class-action antitrust matters, Title VII suits, and emerging crypto currency issues. She also has experience in white-collar defense and bankruptcy matters.
After law school, Professor Mulhauser clerked in the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.
During law school, Professor Mulhauser was a student attorney in both the immigration clinic and human rights impact litigation clinic. She was also Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Human Rights Brief and a Senior Staff member of the American University Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif.
Professor Mulhauser holds a B.A. in Social Relations and Policy and Comparative Cultures and Politics from Michigan State University, where she studied in the James Madison College of public affairs. She graduated magna cum laude.
