ZOE SEGAL-REICHLIN is a corporate lawyer specializing in nonprofit law and political law. She currently serves as the Senior Associate General Counsel and Director of Advocacy & Political Law for Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Planned Parenthood Action Fund advising on law, governance and nonprofit operations, overseeing training programs, negotiating contracts, and managing a team that provides legal support for all advocacy and political related activities. She joined Planned Parenthood in March 2010 from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where she was a litigation associate. Prior to that, she was the George N. Lindsay Fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law in Washington, DC.

She is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was a teaching assistant in Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Workshop and Negotiation and Emotions seminar. She has taught negotiation workshops and seminars in various corporate, non-profit and government settings, including previously at Georgetown University Law Center from 2007-2010.

Prior to law school, she was the legislative director for New York City Councilmember David Yassky, where she crafted legislation and spearheaded community development projects, including a major affordable housing and rezoning initiative. Before that, she was a Program Specialist for the National Conference for Community and Justice, where she designed and wrote a curriculum for a high school diversity awareness program. Professor Segal-Reichlin graduated from Brown University in 2000, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics.
