This symposium brings together timely and novel scholarship on the future of U.S. democracy and tackles the fragility of a democracy in transition. Our program features a Keynote by Sherrilyn Ifill of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, a panel on Statehood as Racial Justice, and a panel on Gender at the post-Ginsburg Court. All of the speakers featured in this symposium will author pieces in the final issue of Volume 110 on the topic of Democracy in Transition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">In light of the pandemic, this symposium is fully virtual.
