Although ICAP launched less than two years ago, our dedicated team of nine litigators has been approached to take on major cases, file key amicus briefs, and write influential reports and op-eds.<\/p>\n<p>ICAP is doing cutting-edge constitutional work with tangible successes in six main areas:<\/p>\n<p>1. Defending immigrant communities (sanctuary cities, DACA, and more)<br \/>\n2. Protecting voter rights<br \/>\n3. Defending freedom of religion and speech<br \/>\n4. Pursuing criminal justice reform<br \/>\n5. Defending whistleblowers and government transparency<br \/>\n6. Addressing the rise of unlawful private paramilitaries<\/p>\n<p>While housed at Georgetown Law, <strong>we are 100% responsible for our team\u2019s salaries and for costs associated with our litigation and work<\/strong>\u2014and we ensure that every dollar we raise is dedicated to the important work of our team. With more support, we could take on even more work to defend constitutional rights. <strong>Please consider supporting us as we fight to defend America\u2019s constitutional way of life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$50,000 to support a case of ICAP\u2019s own on behalf of constitutional guarantees!<\/li>\n<li>$25,000 to support ICAP serving as co-counsel in a major case defending constitutional rights!<\/li>\n<li>$10,000 to support ICAP preparing an amicus brief with key constitutional arguments!<\/li>\n<li>$5,000 to support ICAP teaching the next generation of impact litigators!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law and can be made by credit card, check, wire transfer, or stock gift. A letter acknowledging your tax-deductible contribution will be mailed to you after your contribution has been received.
