Before joining the Institute, she was the Operations Manager at Fair and Just Prosecution (FJP) where she worked in a variety of operational positions to support the work of elected prosecutors across the nation.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to her time at FJP, Allahjah served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Presidential Engagement Fellow at James Madison University.
