Before joining ICAP, she clerked for the Honorable Joshua Deahl of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.<\/p>\n<p>Tinesha graduated\u00a0<em>cum laude\u00a0<\/em>from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was as Executive Editor for\u00a0<em>The Georgetown Law Journal (GLJ).\u00a0<\/em>Her Note, published in Volume 113 of\u00a0<em>GLJ,\u00a0<\/em>received <em>GLJ<\/em>&#8216;s annual award for the best student Note on a social justice issue.
