Sonia Faubert is enrolled in the dual degree program with Georgetown Law and Sciences Po Paris. Last year, she pursued a master’s degree in international development, with a major in global economics, at Sciences Po Paris; and she joined this year the International Business and Economic Law LL.M at Georgetown University Law Center.
In addition, Sonia holds a master’s degree in French-Asian business law from the French University Paris II Panthéon Assas.

Sonia has completed two internships related to international law and development. She first worked as a legal assistant in the international affairs department of the Senate of Cambodia, before completing an internship as a project manager for international water issues at the French Ministry of Ecological Transition.
She is now certain that she wants to work in the international development sector as a business lawyer. Sonia is therefore looking forward to learning from the experiences and knowledge of the leaders at IIEL.
