Sarah Ludwick is a cofounder of the Sovereign Debt Forum’s #PublicDebtIsPublic initiative and Chair of the SDF Advisory Group, a cohort of emerging sovereign debt practitioners advising on SDF initiatives. After receiving her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2023, she joined international law firm A&O Shearman where she works on sovereign debt, agency finance, and project finance transactions in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure space.<\/p>\n
As a law student, she contributed to research and policy initiatives on sovereign debt, international finance, and corruption. She also holds an M.A. from the American University of Beirut (2020) and is currently an L.L.M. candidate in International Business and Economic Law at Georgetown University Law Center.<\/p>\n
