His research focuses on international economic law, financial regulation, sovereign debt, corporate compliance, and sustainability and human rights issues in business. His scholarship has been published in the <em>American Business Law Journal<\/em>, <em>American Journal of International Law<\/em>, <em>Boston College Law Review<\/em>, <em>Harvard International Law Journal<\/em>, <em>Journal of International Economic Law<\/em>, <em>Stanford Journal of Law, Economics &amp; Business<\/em>, and <em>Yale Journal of Internationa<\/em><em>l Law<\/em>, among other scholarly outlets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">At Georgetown Law, he is a Visiting Scholar at the Institute of International Economic Law and an Affiliated Scholar with the Sovereign Debt Forum and the #PublicDebtIsPublic project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a M.A.L.D. in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, &amp; Economics from Yale University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stephen Park is the Garvey, Schubert &amp; Barer Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Global Business Law Institute (GBLI) at the University of Washington School of Law.
