Born and raised in Nigeria, she joins IIEL with a long-standing interest in international development. She hopes to increase her knowledge and experience on sovereign debt and trade law related issues and topics through IIEL\u2019s different programming and opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to law school, Abby lived and worked in Uganda for a year as a Princeton in Africa Fellow. Upon her return, she worked as the Partnerships Coordinator at a non-profit whose mission is to increase access to higher education through free test prep for students from low-income backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Abby received her B.A. in Government and Psychology from Franklin and Marshall College, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa. At Georgetown, she is a RISE Fellow and mentor, and the Community Service Chair for the Black Law Student Association.
