He grew up on a small cow\/calf ranch in Hamilton, Texas. He received a bachelor\u2019s degree in agricultural education from West Texas A&amp;M University and became certified to teach secondary agricultural science. He also obtained a master\u2019s degree in Agricultural and Consumer Resources from Tarleton State University, completing a thesis discussing personality traits of successful teachers. Brice is interested in learning about international development and trade law and policy, especially involving the food and fiber supply chain.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prior to law school, he worked at Tarleton as a research compliance officer, focusing on agricultural animal and biological material compliance management.
