For too long, issues like development, gender, labor, environment, and health have been viewed as \u201cadd-ons\u201d to trade policy. This series reimagines trade law and policy in a way that puts these issues at the center of the discussion. The series kicked off during Georgetown\u2019s 2022 fall semester with CITD Co-Directors Katrin Kuhlmann and Jennifer Hillman and Jayashree Watal, former Counsellor in the Intellectual Property, Government Procurement and Competition Division of the World Trade Organization and Director in the Ministry of Commerce of the Government of India.
