technology policy.\u00a0 He holds a B.A. from Duke University in Public Policy and an M.Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prior to Georgetown, he was an innovation and technology fellow at the Federation of American Scientists where he developed policy proposals for U.S. development agencies in fields like green workforce development and healthcare supply chains.\u00a0 Previously, he created open innovation programs and advised early-stage social innovation startups at Conservation X Labs, a Washington DC-based technology and innovation company for environmental conservation, completed a Fulbright grant in Malaysia, and interned in the Obama White House\u2019s Office of Social Innovation.\u00a0 He is also a Clinton Global Initiative University Commitment Mentor and his writing has been featured in The New York Times, The Hill, Devex, and The Day One Project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At Georgetown, Jay is a 1L representative with the Georgetown Society for Trade, Investment, and Development and the American Constitution Society.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"font-weight: 400\" \/><br style=\"font-weight: 400\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jay Sullivan is a J.D. candidate at Georgetown Law interested in international development, the environment, and innovation &amp;
