In particular, the profession has expressed concern<br \/>\nabout personal injury attorneys\u2019 perceived tendencies to solicit clients in objec<br \/>\ntionable ways. This Article explores the profession\u2019s attempt to solve this perceived<br \/>\nproblem through state regulation of personal injury attorneys\u2019 advertising tactics.<br \/>\nSpecifically, it examines the development and imposition of these regulations in<br \/>\nFlorida and Kentucky, two of the first states to implement these rules in the late<br \/>\n1980s and 1990s.
