Research Consultations

Georgetown Law students can schedule an individual research consultation with a reference librarian for assistance with papers or other research projects.  Please note that we prepare for these meetings and need at least 1-2 days to prepare for your topic.  Complete the form below and a librarian will contact you to schedule a meeting.

Consultations are usually scheduled during daytime business hours, Monday to Friday.
We are happy to make special arrangements if you let us know.
Talk with a reference librarian in person or with the green Chat With a Librarian button.
Reference service hours are listed on our website.

Request a Research Consultation

Special Collections Librarians are available to meet with members of Georgetown Law community and the general public to discuss research in legal history, rare books, Law Center archives, manuscript collections, or the National Equal Justice Library.

If you don't receive a confirmation email within a couple of business days, please contact and let us know.
