Where can I buy print and electronic casebooks for the spring semester?
LexisNexis – Students can purchase print and electronic casebooks through the LexisNexis Store. This website includes titles from Carolina Academic Press (CAP). You can also purchase CAP titles through the CAP website.
West Academic – West Academic is providing a 25% discount off all of their print titles and ebooks (including Foundation Press and West Academic Casebooks). This 25% discount is in addition to their ebooks already being discounted by 15% off of the print cost. Print and electronic casebooks can be purchased through the West Academic web store. Please use our school discount code (GEORGELAW) at check-out to receive the 25% discount. If classes move online mid-semester and students are displaced from their materials West Academic is offering the following. For students who purchased titles directly from the West Academic web store, West Academic will automatically extend electronic access through the end of the fall semester. For students who purchased/rented through other retailers, West Academic will also provide digital access to their titles with proof of purchase or rental. To take advantage of this, students should keep their receipts.
Wolters Kluwer/Aspen – All digital Connected Casebook titles will be 40% off of the print copy price and can be purchased on the Legal Education Website. To get started, (1) Go to the Wolters Kluwer Casebook Connect Catalog; (2) Follow the steps provided to log in or create an account; & (3) Find the product listed by legal subject area and then click “Buying Options” for the title to select the discounted digital version. Titles that are not available as electronic casebooks can be purchased on the Wolters Kluwer Law School Casebooks & Coursebooks website.

Are researchers able to access the library at this time?
Until further notice, The Edward Bennett Williams Law Library building is closed to students, faculty, staff, and researchers. This includes Alumni, Friends of the Library, and Members of the Public Patron Program.
Since researchers are not able to come to the library, will you be able to send me a copy of an article or pages from a book that I need?
At this time, we are only able to provide assistance to current Georgetown Law students, faculty, and staff. Interlibrary Loan type services are currently not available for other researchers.
