He is also an adjunct professor at Duke University\u2019s Sanford School of Public Policy; a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council; a fellow at the Starling Lab for Data Integrity at Stanford University; and a contributing editor at Lawfare. He co-hosts the \u201cPower On, Power Off\u201d podcast with Jenna Ruddock about technology, people, and power. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Justin\u2019s focus on privacy and technology includes research and work on cybersecurity policy, data brokerage, advertising technologies, privacy protections for large-scale datasets, geolocation data, and emerging data analytic techniques. He provides expert witness services on litigation matters related to cybersecurity and data privacy. He also provides pro-bono services to nonprofit, community-focused organizations. Previously, he spent time at New America, the Laboratory for Analytic Sciences, and the Tech, Law, &amp; Security Program at American University Washington College of Law, among others. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He has testified to both houses of Congress; spoken at the White House, United Nations, and NATO; and briefed numerous policymakers around the world. He has written hundreds of articles and numerous reports and previously wrote op-ed columns for <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Slate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Magazine and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">WIRED<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
