Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis after the priority deadline, but open positions will be limited.<\/p>\n<p>Are you interested in issues of privacy, surveillance, civil rights or technology law and policy? Do you enjoy putting together information in pursuit of a larger goal? Digging into research to uncover new information? The Privacy Center is searching for Legal Research Assistants for the 2026 &#8211; 2027 academic year.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for up to 2 self-motivated Georgetown law students to commit to a part-time research assistant job. Our work ebbs and flows, and you can expect to work, on average, approximately 5-15 hours per week as needed. Note that there may be periods where there are no available assignments, and periods where there are lots. What you get out of the experience has a lot to do with how willing you are to jump in and volunteer for assignments when they become available.
