Event Details<\/span><\/h3>\n

Question: When is Reunion Weekend?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Friday, October 2 – Sunday, October 4, 2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: Where is Reunion Weekend?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Almost all Reunion Weekend events take place on the Georgetown University Law Center campus (600 New Jersey Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001). The Reunion Gala will take place at The National Building Museum (452 G St. NW, Washington, DC 20548). If you are registered for an event taking place off-campus, you will receive an email from the Alumni Office with more information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: Is it possible to attend just one event?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Yes! Registration and pricing for Reunion Weekend are a la carte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: Do I have to register for the whole reunion if I am attending just one event?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Yes. We use the RSVPs through our registration website to determine numbers for catering, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: Can I attend a reunion event, even if it is not my reunion year?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: You can! The more, the merrier. The only events exclusive to Reunion Year alumni are the class parties on Friday night.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parking<\/span><\/h3>\n

Question: Can I park on-campus?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate on-campus parking during Reunion Weekend. However, there are many paid parking lots surrounding the Law Center. Additionally, we are only a short walk from both Union Station and the Judiciary Square metro stop. There will be complimentary valet parking for the Friday afternoon Founders\u2019 Circle Luncheon and the Saturday evening Reunion Gala.<\/span><\/p>\n

Travel & Accommodation<\/span><\/h3>\n

Question: Where should I stay?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: There are a number of great hotel options within 1-2 blocks of the Law Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Royal Sonesta<\/a> has a 20% Georgetown discount on currently available rates. Please book through this link<\/a> or apply rate code 2GEORGEW<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill<\/a> has a 12% Georgetown discount on currently available rates. There is no cut-off date. To make a reservation, please call Hyatt Reservations 1-800-233-1234 and request the negotiated corporate rate for Georgetown Law School. Provide program number CR58549. Question: I’m traveling internationally to attend Reunion. Can you send me a visa letter?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Yes! Plan to register early when registration opens in July. Once you are officially registered, email alumnlaw@georgetown.edu<\/span>(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><\/span><\/a> and request a visa letter. Please include your full name and address and the names of any guests who will be attending with you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds, Payment, & Pricing<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Question: I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Yes, you can get a refund by contacting the Office of Alumni Affairs by Friday, September 25.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: How does pricing work?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Registration and pricing are a la carte. You will only pay for the events you register for.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: How do I apply my Hope to Attend discount?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Please enter the code emailed to you on the payment page of registration. The code expires on Friday, August 28, so don’t wait to register! If you need to be resent the code, please email us.<\/span>(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Question: Can I pay onsite?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Yes, but paying prior to arrival is preferred. Please be aware paying on-site will delay the speed at which we can check you in. We can accept check, cash, or Mastercard and Visa payments at registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reunion Gala<\/span><\/h3>\n

Question: Can I sit with my friends at the Gala?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Please list the friends\/classmates that you are interested in sitting with at the Gala during the online registration process. Each table seats 10 guests. We cannot guarantee that all seating requests will be granted, but we will do our best!<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: What is the dress code for the Gala?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: The Gala is black-tie optional. The split between floor-length gowns & above-the-knee dresses, as well as tuxes & suits, is about 50\/50.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: How do I submit an accessibility request?<\/strong><\/span>

Question: What is the dress code for my class party?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: There are no dress codes for class parties, but we suggest you dress to impress for a night out on the town!<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: How do I alert staff of my dietary restrictions?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: Please be sure to fill out the dietary restrictions questions during online registration. If you have additional concerns, please contact the Office of Alumni Affairs via email<\/span>(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: Are tickets being mailed to us for the events we sign up for?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: No. Your name will be on the registration list at each event you attend.<\/span><\/p>\n

Question: What counts towards my Class Gift?<\/strong><\/span>
\nAnswer: A gift to any Law Center designation made before December 31 counts towards your Class Gift. Make your gift today here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
