From AI and automation to data privacy and digital rights, our programming explores how emerging technologies are reshaping our society\u2014and what that means for justice, governance, and the rule of law.<\/p>\n
We train tomorrow\u2019s leaders through innovative academic programs, including the Tech Law Scholars program for J.D. students, and two cutting-edge graduate degrees: the Technology Law and Policy LL.M. and Georgetown\u2019s Master of Law and Technology. These programs go beyond the classroom\u2014combining rigorous legal education with real-world problem-solving and in-depth seminars led by top experts in the field.<\/p>\n
But we don\u2019t stop at education. Our policy work is equally ambitious.
