Draisy Friedman is an evening division student at Georgetown University Law Center, where she is pursuing a career in intellectual property and technology law. Through the Georgetown Tech & Policy Institute, she is working with Helen Keller International to develop a technology law and policy roadmap for adopting AI tools across the organization.<\/p>\n

Prior to law school, Draisy spent five years as an electrical engineer at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where she designed and tested electronics for spaceflight missions including DISSIPATION, GDC, DraMS, and PRIMA. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a specialization in Communications and Signal Processing.<\/p>\n

Alongside her J.D., Draisy is concurrently pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Tech with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. In her free time, she enjoys reading and writing fiction.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
