Meet Andrea
Andrea Waters has been a part of OCS since 2009. She is the Assistant Director of Recruitment Operations who oversees the planning and implementation of all private sector recruitment programming, resume collections, regional programs, and other Fall and Spring recruitment events. She manages and maintains Symplicity, the office's recruitment and application database management system. She is also a part of the OCS communications and marketing team. She received her B.A. in Communications from West Virginia University in 2008 and a Certificate in Strategic Planning from Georgetown University in 2016.
