{"id":10070,"date":"2022-05-09T16:04:43","date_gmt":"2022-05-09T20:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/?page_id=305149"},"modified":"2025-05-12T15:18:57","modified_gmt":"2025-05-12T15:18:57","slug":"regalia-orders-are-ready-for-pick-up-at-the-law-center-bookstore","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/your-life-career\/activities-organizations\/office-of-student-life\/commencement\/messages-to-2023-graduates\/regalia-orders-are-ready-for-pick-up-at-the-law-center-bookstore\/","title":{"rendered":"Regalia Orders Are Ready for Pick-up at the Law Center Bookstore!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Regalia Orders Are Ready for Pick-Up at the Law Center Bookstore!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>May 9, 2022<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dear Graduates,<\/p>\n<p>Come pick-up your cap and gown at the Law Center Bookstore starting today, Monday, May 9, through Friday, May 20, during regular business hours: Monday \u2013 Friday 9:00 a.m. \u2013 5:00 p.m. The Law Center Bookstore will also be open on Saturday, May 21 (the only Saturday opening).<\/p>\n<p>If you need to make special accommodations to pick-up your regalia outside of normal business hours, please contact the bookstore at <a href=\"mailto:sm8199@bncollege.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"cx_external_link\"><span class=\"cx_external_hyperlink\">sm8199@bncollege.com<\/span><span class=\"visually_hide\">(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><span class=\"cx_external_icon\"><\/span><\/a> (preferred) or call 202-662-9676. While in-store pick-up is strongly preferred, regalia can be paid for over the phone and shipped (additional charges may apply). The Bookstore is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur.<\/p>\n<p>Late Orders<br \/>\nFor students who placed late orders, we are expecting those regalia to arrive by Monday, May 16. For students who missed the deadline to pre-order regalia, the bookstore will have approximately 100 extra sets after May 16. We will do our best to accommodate sizes with what we have available on a first-come first-served basis. Please note that regalia is not mandatory for the Class of 2020 Commencement.<\/p>\n<p>Returning Rented Regalia<br \/>\nRegalia rentals must be returned to the Law Center or Main Campus Bookstore no later than Friday, May 27. You may be charged a fee if your regalia is not returned.
