To submit a request for a print credit, perform the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/printing.georgetown.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/printing.georgetown.edu\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1672838756860000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2XDo4rw5dWjnsrg8ZfU3au\" class=\"cx_external_link\"><span class=\"cx_external_hyperlink\"><strong>PaperCut Web portal<\/strong><\/span><span class=\"visually_hide\">(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><span class=\"cx_external_icon\"><\/span><\/a>\u00a0with your NetID and password. (<em><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong><\/em><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Make sure you have your mobile device with you to accept the Duo authentication notification. Be sure to check your device for the Duo notification immediately after you click\u00a0<strong>Log in<\/strong>, as this notification won\u2019t appear on your computer.)<\/li>\n<li>Click on\u00a0<strong>Recent Print Jobs<\/strong>, located on the left-hand side of the page.<\/li>\n<li>Locate the listing of the print job for which you want to submit your request, and then click the\u00a0<strong>request refund<\/strong>\u00a0link for that print job.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In the \u201cRefund Request\u201d screen, select\u00a0<strong>Full Amount<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Partial Amount<\/strong>, enter a reason for your request, and then click\u00a0<strong>Send<\/strong>.
