Online Scheduling for Students & JD Alumni<\/h2>\n

Want to schedule an appointment with an OCS or OPICS advisor? Log into Symplicity<\/a> now to get started!<\/p>\n

To accommodate all students, we ask that you schedule only one appointment at a time with an advisor. For mock interviews, please only schedule one mock interview with OCS or OPICS; your advisor can then recommend if you should schedule an additional mock interview.\u00a0 Thank you for your understanding.\u00a0<\/em>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve logged into Symplicity, select “Counseling” from the top navigation menu, click on the \u201cRequest New Appointment\u201d button, and follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n

  1. Choose your filters \u2013 you can filter by appointment type, meeting format (In-person, phone, or virtual), date and time, office location (OCS or OPICS) and\/or by counselor name<\/li>\n
  2. Click Check Availability<\/li>\n
  3. Select your appointment date and time by clicking on the counselor name<\/li>\n
  4. A pop-up confirmation window will appear; complete all required fields and click Submit. A confirmation email will be sent as well as a reminder email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
