{"id":5615,"date":"2017-07-06T14:32:25","date_gmt":"2017-07-06T18:32:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/?page_id=2655"},"modified":"2026-03-02T18:29:01","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T18:29:01","slug":"taxation-interview-program-tip","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/your-life-career\/career-exploration-professional-development\/for-ll-m-students\/recruitment-programs\/taxation-interview-program-tip\/","title":{"rendered":"Taxation Interview Program (TIP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>SAVE THE DATE FOR TIP 2026<\/strong>!<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\">Join Us for the 25th Annual Taxation Interview Program (TIP)<br \/>\non February 20, 2026!<br \/>\nTIP Is the Nation\u2019s Premier Job Fair for Graduate Tax Students.<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Each year,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.georgetown.edu\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Georgetown University Law Center<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0partners with\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.nyu.edu\/index.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">New York University School of Law<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0to sponsor the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/georgetown.box.com\/s\/4bwu04uskhcl0xq2bl89x0vwnogizqmh\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taxation Interview Program<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a job fair which enables private and public sector employers to interview some of the most promising Tax LL.M. students from the top graduate tax programs in the country on one day<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2001, TIP has been the nation\u2019s flagship program for the recruitment of tax students. The program continually attracts the top law firms, government agencies and major accounting firms from around the country. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/14xOMbdu5Gafc_LwLh5pUlD-p8_x6Hdf3Ibcvc8u1-Bg\/edit?usp=sharing\">See the full list of past participating TIP employers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>TIP 2026 will be held <em><strong>virtually<\/strong><\/em> on <strong>Friday, February 20, 2026<\/strong>. Interviews during the Taxation Interview Program will be hosted on the FloRecruit virtual interview platform or the Employer\u2019s virtual interview platform.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Candidates<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As in prior years, employers will have the opportunity to pre-screen resumes and to select the specific candidates whom they wish to interview. The candidate pool will include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Tax LL.M. candidates from Georgetown Law and NYU Law, including both U.S-trained and foreign-trained attorneys.
