To Interview at TIP or Collect Resumes Through TIP, Employers Must Complete the Following Steps:<\/h2>\n

  1. Register <\/span>through TIP Symplicity<\/a>, our online registration and interview scheduling system. For detailed instructions on creating an account and scheduling interviews or a resume collect, please see our 2026 TIP Symplicity Employer Guide<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Complete payment of TIP fees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Register on TIP Symplicity\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

    The TIP online registration and interview scheduling system (TIP\u00a0Symplicity<\/a>), opens for employer registration on Monday, October 13, 2025.<\/strong>\u00a0This automated online system allows employers to specify precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, manage their schedule formats with ease, and register for interviews for multiple offices.<\/p>\n

    If you do not already have a\u00a0\u202fTIP Symplicity<\/a> account, please click the “Sign Up” tab on the right side of the login page. Once you are logged in to TIP Symplicity<\/a>, follow the Quick Link to \u201cSubmit Schedule Request\u201d (for interview schedules and resume collections) and complete the online form.\u00a0If you are asking students to submit cover letters, please provide the name and mailing address to whom cover letters should be addressed.<\/strong> For detailed step-by-step instructions on creating an account and scheduling interviews or a resume collect, please see our\u00a02026 TIP Symplicity Employer Guide.<\/a><\/p>\n

    TIP Registration Fees<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Soon after registering for a resume collection or interview schedule in TIP Symplicity, employers will receive an invoice for participation in the Taxation Interview Program along with payment options. Payment can be completed via PayPal or wire transfer by January 28, 2026 (10% late penalty will be added after this date).<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0If these methods do not work for you, please email taxrecruit@georgetown.edu<\/span>(This link opens in a new tab)<\/span><\/span><\/a> to make other payment arrangements.<\/p>\n
